E’ una mia impressione o è sempre la stessa storia?
I vini migliori sono “nascosti” e devi chiedere per assaggiarli, ragazzini che “me dai un vino bianco no frizzante”, che con pochi euro cercano di ubriacarsi – divertenti le facce disgustate di sommelier – un gran caos e chi vorrebbe davvero avvicinarsi al vino e a conoscerlo non riesce a scambiare due parole serie con i sommelier. Di migliore c’è il cibo quest’anno (ma non era VINO forum?), e cercando di non far cadere il bicchiere mangio jamon iberico e fritti. Per non parlare delle serate con le star/chef di moda. Due chicche vinicole, non certo nuove, però le ho segnate sul taccuino, o meglio nelle foto. credo che oggi farò un rilassante salto in enoteca.

Is it me or it’s similar to the last shows?
The best wine are “hidden” and you need to ask to taste them, young guys asking whatever wine just to get drunk, and who really wants to approach to wine culture can not exchange more than a word with the sommeliers because of the crouwd.
What is better than the latest edition is the food part (are we not at a WINE show?), and trying to save my glass from falling I eat a tasty jamon serrano and fired olives. Not to mention the usual star chefs. I go home with 2 treats anyway as you can see in the pictures. I think I am going to a serious wine shop today. 🙂
